This session will center around some of the many, often strongly held, beliefs about feline anesthesia that may not have particularly strong evidence surrounding them. We will look into the background of perhaps why these beliefs exist and how we should actually be thinking about and/or using these analgesic drugs and techniques. We will also touch on some of the more interesting owner-held ideas around feline anesthesia and how we can perhaps help to educate them.
