This presentation will describe the challenges for providing care to the pets of Ukraine refugees at the border, as well as efforts to bring a mobile veterinary hospital to Ukraine, which has cared for street animals, owned pets, working equines, shelter animals and dogs and cats brought back by soldiers from the front lines. The presentation will also describe urgent efforts to provide relief to the animals of Gaza, also locked into a desperate situation since the October 2023 attack by the militant group Hamas.
