Nutrition is a cornerstone of comprehensive oncology care, yet it is often overlooked in the treatment plan for dogs and cats with cancer.This session will use real-world case studies to highlight how tailored nutritional strategies can complement cancer therapy. Participants will learn how to assess nutritional status, recognize patients at risk for malnutrition, and apply evidence-based recommendations to preserve lean body mass, support immune health, and optimize energy intake.
