In this discussion, we will provide a simplified, step-wise process for planning for, initiating, and undertaking a career transition. The process may initially seem daunting, but as a Chinese philosopher stated, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Having a well thought-out plan will facilitate the journey.
