“Conversations that transform teams” is the first module in AVMA’s Train the Trainer Healthy Workplace Educator Program. This interactive training explores how everyday conversations can help build more connected veterinary teams and stronger workplace relationships. Participants will learn practical communication strategies through guided discussions, small-group breakouts, peer sharing, practice exercises, and self-reflection.

The full-day training runs from 10 a.m.– 5 p.m. Eastern.
