Author invoices
Invoices for JAVMA or AJVR open access that direct you to pay via the payment portal: Visit avma.org/Invoice. For questions about author invoices, please email publicationspayments@avma.org.
Membership dues invoices
Membership dues invoices can be paid online at www.avma.org/Renew. If you received an invoice directly from the AVMA Member Services team, please pay it by visiting avma.org/Invoice.
Non-member JAVMA subscription invoices
JAVMA subscription renewal notices that direct you to pay via the online payment portal: Visit avma.org/Invoice. For questions about JAVMA subscription invoices, please email publicationspayments@avma.org.
Train the Trainer
Invoices for AVMA's Train the Trainer wellbeing educator program that direct you to pay via the online payment portal: Visit avma.org/Invoice. For questions about Train the Trainer, please email trainthetrainer@avma.org.
Q. How do I pay my invoice?

- Enter your invoice number (found in the upper right corner of the invoice) and customer ID (found on the left side of the invoice). Select View my bill.
- Confirm the statement is yours and enter your full name and email address beneath Payer information. Select Make a payment.
- Enter your credit or debit card information in the pop-up window, then select Make payment.
Q. Can I pay by check online?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks as online payment. AVMA accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) and debit cards for online payment.
Q. Do I have to pay online, or are there other methods?
A.
Payment methods are listed on the invoice you received. Other options, which may incur extra charges, may be available. Please email ar@avma.org for more information.
